Please note: UMass Medical School will NEVER ask for your password. When emailing the Help Desk please do not include sensitive or private information.
When transferring files larger than 2GB in size, you must use the upload/download wizard. Here is how to enable it:
1) Click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of any page.
2) At the bottom of the page, under the "Edit Your Upload/Download Wizard Settings..." section, select the "Change Upload/Download Wizard Status" link to enable either the ActiveX or Java version.
3) Once activated, all file transfers using the web interface will use the upload/download wizard. If you need further assistance please contact the UMMS HelpDesk.
